MAKE IT SPECIAL

The growth in the children’s Christmas party market is phenomenal and as the market grows,
so does the number of companies offering a specialist service.

Whether you require a sparkling Winter Wonderland, a visit to Santa’s Workshop or a unique, interactive Pantomime, there are a myriad of companies out there who can produce fantastic events, all created specifically with children in mind.

Although in the current climate you may need to be seen to be more prudent, a party for children is still considered an acceptable thing to do and you can give the adults a good time into the bargain!

From a small family affair to a large corporate event providing a fantastic themed day for 1,000 children, a Christmas party really is a great way to entertain guests of all ages.

David Armitage, Creative Director of children’s event specialists Boo! has been
producing unique, inspiring and imaginative events for more than fifteen years, and knows more than most about how to make sure that the adults have fun too.

“Although I design an event from a child’s perspective, it’s still important to make sure that there
are plenty of wonderful moments for the adults to share and savour.”

Here are a few great ideas from Boo! to illustrate this point.

‘Imagine your children waking up to discover a magical snow covered Grotto has appeared at the bottom of their garden. As they make their way towards it, a delightful Snow Fairy challenges them to catch magical falling snow flakes.’

‘See a classic Christmas film in classic style at BAFTA. Take an expertly dressed art deco set complete with revolving doors, ushers and ice cream sellers plus a fantastic array of Christmas inspired party games.

Add a traditional Christmas movie and you have created the perfect way to relax with family,
friends or clients!’

‘Traditional pantomime based themes work really well for the family market. So how about a
pirate ship tied up against a jetty that leads to a tropical island stage. Grab your swords and
join in as Peter Pan leads the battle against the dastardly Captain Hook.’

Or you could simply invite Santa to join you and your family and friends for a cup of tea and
some Christmas Carols! Imagination is the only limit!

The people at Boo! specialise in making their events magical for adults and children alike;
parents will be delighted as they see their little fairies dance and their brave pirates march
amongst the most fabulous, creative and interactive environments.

Of course there will always be plenty of opportunity for the parents to join in as well - if they
wish! Whether helping to load a ship’s canon or counting tiny fairies in a glistening winter forest, Boo! guarantee a day of amazing family memories.

Essentially a children’s event is a great way to bring everybody together, young and old, for
a day of fun, enjoyment and relaxation.

And don’t forget – always use a children’s event specialist, to organise your children’s party!
