London is awash with venues offering something unique, making the decision of which is
right for you, a near-impossible one. But, if it’s a historic building, steeped in tradition, grandeur
and timeless style that you want, it has to be The Ritz. Located in the heart of Mayfair with commanding views over Piccadilly and Green Park, The Ritz is renowned for its opulent
décor and its Louis XVI style interiors.

The only hotel to have received a Royal Warrant for Banquet and Catering Services from
His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, The Ritz also holds a licence for civil ceremonies meaning that you can hold not just the reception, but your nuptials in one of the most magical
and romantic locations in London.

The Ritz provides a choice of spectacular areas for private dining, receptions and ceremonies. These range from the opulent, beautifully restored William Kent Room, in William Kent House
(the grand eighteenth century townhouse adjoining the hotel) the Queen Elizabeth Room, an elegant drawing room overlooking Green Park, and the magnificent Music Room - the largest
of the banqueting salons which can accommodate up to 120 guests. The Grand Hall, at the
heart of William Kent House, has an elegant Victorian staircase providing the perfect backdrop
for bridal photography.

In addition to the rooms in William Kent House, there is a further salon leading from the Long
Gallery in the main hotel which can accommodate up to 100 people for a cocktail reception.
The Marie Antoinette Suite with its classic elegance and mirrored interiors, epitomises the
grand and graceful style of the hotel.

The Italian Garden, one of the few outdoor locations in central London, is also licensed for
wedding ceremonies. The prettily landscaped patio courtyard borders onto Green Park and,
during the warmer months, can be used for wedding parties and cocktail receptions for up to
100 people. But it’s not just wonderful rooms that the Ritz has to offer; from the hotel’s very
own Phantom Rolls-Royce to the wedding cake, from the beauty salon, florist and photographer
to the entertainment, catering, wedding co-ordinator and dedicated staff, The Ritz can take
care of every detail, ensuring your important day is the best of days.

For wedding day pampering and preparations, The Ritz has its own hair and beauty salon. Conveniently located on site, The Ritz Salon offers ladies’ and gentlemen’s hairdressing with Aromatherapy Associates health and beauty treatments, manicures, pedicures and bridal
hair and make-up for everyone in the wedding party.

And of course, The Ritz also offers a range of luxurious accommodation. A magnificent choice
of guestrooms and suites provide the ultimate in luxury and privacy for bridal couples and larger family groups. In addition to the impressive staff to guestroom ratio (two to one), twenty four hour Housekeeping, Concierge and Room Service ensures the attention to detail that makes a stay at The Ritz so special.

‘The Ritz Romance’ package is specifically designed for wedding couples and features one
night’s accommodation with fresh fruit, flowers and chilled Champagne on arrival, dinner for
two in The Ritz Restaurant and a full English breakfast served in the room or suite the following morning. Bespoke packages are also available.

Experience The Ritz – it’s simply the most famous.
